British man Mark Jefferson has been declared missing from his home in Alfaz del Pi since Monday, 14th September, at 9pm.

Mark’s mobile, passport and dog were all present at his home, beside Almafra, and his front door was left unlocked with no sign of his whereabouts.

He has been reported missing to Policia Nacional in Benidorm, according to his daughter, Katie, who is in contact with Benidorm Reviews.

• Mark Jefferson is 50 years old.
• He has a Warrington accent.
• He has tattoos:
  • On the back of his neck stating Amelia-Louise, then underneath her name it says her DOB
  • A large tattoo on his back saying MARC with a number 2 underneath (like a football shirt)
  • Vines and leaves on his bicep
  • Chinese characters on the back of both ankles
  • On his wrist, wrapping around to the side of his hand, it says Amelia, Freddie and Daisy
  • A clock with roman numerals on his chest

Benidorm Holiday maker Anthony Lashford was staying at the very popular Sol Pelicanos Hotel – from the series ‘Benidorm’ – but went missing from Elche Hospital after being admitted for a broken wrist. 

It is believed Mr Lashford was not in a ‘good frame of mind’ when he went to the hospital and left on his own accord without receiving any medical treatment for his injuries. 

Benidorm Reviews are in contact with friends and family of Anthony – they told us they are not sure if he has any money with him and definitely does not have his luggage

The Policia Local Benidorm have declared Anthony as a missing person. His family is very worried and his Father is flying to Benidorm to help with the search. Anyone who sees him should call 112 or contact Benidorm Reviews immediately. 

Description

Anthony has been described as 5ft 11, with a tattoo on each arm and one on his left leg. He was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and white shorts.

He is from Macclesfield and has a northern accent.

Philip’s son Wayne, who is in Benidorm with his brother Lee, is coordinating search efforts from Bourbon’s Bar on Calle Girona.

“Anyone in Benidorm with a spare hour please come to Bourbon’s Bar to help us look for my father,” Wayne told Benidorm Reviews.

“Any help is greatly appreciated at this difficult time.”

It comes as 68-year-old Phil went missing last Monday at 5.30pm from his hotel room at the Edifico Gemelos on Calle Derramador , the far- eastern end of Playa Levante.

The Bridgewater man told his travel partner he went out to ‘buy cigarettes’ before he disappeared and never returned.

Phil has ‘early onset dementia’, according to a missing person person report made to Benidorm Policia Nacional.

Pictures of him have now been widely shared on social media as well as leading UK news sites.

According to Phil’s son Lee, the following is a description of the missing man:

“He’s wearing a stripy polo shirt, dark blue jeans, black shoes and has short grey hair. He speaks in a very broad Somerset accent. He is 5ft6in and of medium build. He has blue eyes and has a very strange right big toe guys like two toe nails.”

Philip was spotted as recently as Sunday morning (September 15) by a British tourist outside the Pueblo Hotel on Calle Ibiza.

Holidaymaker Derek Crust saw Philip – better known as Phil – at 7.20am on Sunday outside the hotel’s revolving doors.

Crust left the hotel in a taxi before realising he’d just seen the 68-year-old who’s been missing since last Monday, September 9.

“I didn’t take much notice of him until I overheard him saying the police were looking for him,” Crust said.

“I couldn’t see his face, I could only see the back of him. But the hair was the same when I eventually found the pictures of him on Facebook.”

Philip – or Phil – went missing last Monday at 5.30pm from his hotel room at the Edifico Gemelos on Calle Derramador , the far- eastern end of Playa Levante.

A Foreign Office spokesperson told Benidorm Reviews there are ‘no further updates at the moment’.

The spokesperson added: “We are offering support to the family of a British man who has been reported missing in Benidorm, and are in contact with the Spanish authorities responsible for searching for him.”
