We can sadly confirm that the body of Missing British man Philip Pearce has been found.
Benidorm Reviews was notified along side the family and the FCO on the 7th February 2020.
Confirmed with FCO paperwork missing Phil was found deceased in Benidorm.
Hannah Milne from the Foreign Commonwealth Office has confirmed in an email and states ‘We are supporting the family of a British Man who has died in Spain, and we are in contact with the British Authorities’
We have been informed he was found on the 24th November 2019.
Since November a Post-mortem has been carried out by the Spanish authorities resulting in a verdict of natural causes.
The FCO are supporting the family but due to restrictions no further details will be released as yet.
Lee Pearce’s son Phil has made a personal statement directly to David McQueen owner of The Benidorm Group.

Our family now need time to come to terms with finding dad but we would like to thank everyone involved in helping us’ Lee continued to say
“David you have kept me fighting and I honestly can’t thank you and your teams efforts enough.”
